We'll guide you through the process, help you choose the right plan, and handle the number porting if you wish to keep your existing mobile number. The entire process typically takes 1-2 business days.

Do you offer both prepaid and postpaid options?

Yes, we offer both prepaid and postpaid plans to suit different preferences. Prepaid plans give you flexibility with no contract commitment, while postpaid plans offer convenience with monthly billing and often include additional benefits. All our advertised plans are available in both prepaid and postpaid formats.

What areas are covered by 5G?

Our 5G network covers approximately 95% of Singapore's urban areas, including the Central Business District, major residential estates, shopping districts, and commercial zones. We continue to expand our 5G coverage daily. You can check our Coverage page for a detailed map showing 5G availability in your area. In areas without 5G coverage, your device will automatically connect to our reliable 4G LTE network.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

We support Mobile Number Portability (MNP), which allows you to keep your existing Singapore mobile number when you switch to SG Connective Future. Simply inform us during the sign-up process that you wish to port your number, and we'll handle all the paperwork with your previous provider. The porting process typically completes within 1-2 business days.

What happens if I exceed my data limit?

If you're on a plan with a data cap and exceed your monthly allowance, your data speed will be reduced to 1 Mbps for the remainder of the billing cycle. You can continue to use data at this reduced speed at no extra charge, or you can purchase additional data add-ons through our mobile app or customer service. We'll send you notifications when you reach 75%, 90%, and 100% of your data limit.

Do you offer international roaming?

Yes, we offer international roaming services. Our Smart plan includes free roaming in ASEAN countries, while our Unlimited plan includes global roaming. For other plans, you can activate roaming services before traveling. We offer competitive daily roaming passes and pay-per-use rates. How do I check my data usage?

You can easily monitor your data usage through our mobile app, available for both iOS and Android. The app provides real-time updates on your data, voice minutes, and SMS usage. You can also check your usage by logging into your account on our website, or by dialing *123# from your mobile phone for instant usage information via SMS.
